What does the warranty cover?
RefubGuru offers a limited warranty for its refurbished products covering:
✔ Defects in Materials and Workmanship – Products are free from defects when used normally as per RefubGuru’s guidelines.
✔ Hardware Components – Includes the main device and any branded accessories in the original packaging.
✔ Functional Failures – Covers non-working hardware components under normal usage.
What is not covered under the warranty?
⛔ Third-Party Accessories – Any accessories not provided by RefubGuru.
⛔ Software Issues – Operating systems, applications, and other software components.
⛔ Consumable Parts – Such as batteries and adapters, unless the failure is due to a defect.
⛔ Cosmetic Damage – Scratches, discoloration, broken ports (unless due to a defect).
⛔ External Factors – Accidents, misuse, power surges, liquid contact, fire, etc.
⛔ Unauthorized Repairs – Modifications or repairs by unauthorized service providers.
⛔ Normal Wear & Tear – Defects due to ageing or gradual deterioration.
⛔ Other Exclusions – Removed serial numbers, stolen products, or products inaccessible due to security locks.
We guarantee the optimal functional quality in our products but any defect due to an external factor in not covered by RefubGuru.
What is the warranty period?
Standard Warranty:

Laptops & Desktops (Non-Apple) – 6 months-1 year from the date of purchase.

Apple Products – 6 months from the date of purchase.

Monitors & Accessories – 3 months.

Networking Equipment (Routers, Switches, etc.) – 1 to 3 months.

Storage Devices (HDDs, SSDs, RAM, etc.) – 30 days.

Batteries & Adapters – No warranty (except 7-day replacement for DOA).

Are there any shipping costs associated with warranty service?
