What is the refund process?

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods:
✔ Refunds are processed within 2-3 days after approval.
✔ Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment as the original order.
✔ No additional fees will be incurred for the refund.

Important Notes:

⚠ Original Shipping Costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on RefubGuru’s part (such as a defective or incorrect item).
⚠ A restocking fee of 10% of the purchase cost may apply in certain cases, depending on the condition of the returned item.

Refund Eligibility

✔ The returned product must be in its original condition, with all accessories and packaging intact.
✔ Serial numbers and warranty stickers must be untampered.
✔ Refunds will not be issued for physical damage, unauthorized repairs, or missing accessories.

Non-Refundable Items

❌ Digital products, software, and licenses.
❌ Items damaged due to customer misuse.
❌ Products returned after the eligible return window.
